What are your primary responsibilities as an Offshore Manager?

As an Offshore Manager, I am responsible for planning all survey operations, including the installation, mobilization, calibration, and data acquisition onboard our vessels. I ensure that surveys are conducted according to the contract and project execution plan, while prioritizing safety throughout the process. Additionally, I maintain close communication with the clients, providing daily updates and ensuring effective collaboration with the processing team in the office.

How could a typical workday look like?

The workdays onboard our vessels start early and during the day I have close contact with the processing- and project team at the Gothenburg office as well as with our clients. My main responsibility is to come up with solutions to technical issues that might arise during surveying and make sure that we have the best conditions for collecting excellent data.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

All the fun I have with the people at Njord Survey! I enjoy spending time with positive people who share my way of thinking and are willing to pushing the boundaries and try new solutions. We make sure to have fun at work and support each other on sunny as well as on windy days.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to be active during my spare time and right now I spend a lot of time practicing triathlon. I enjoy that I get to combine my passion for travelling with my work at Njord Survey.
